Chocolate Mug Cake In Microwave
Do you want to satisfy your sweet craving but want to eat something light?!
All you need is a microwave friendly cup and 5 minutes of your time.

Ingredients
Maida - 4 tbsp
Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
Baking powder - ½ tsp
Milk - 3 tbsp
Refined Oil - 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence
Choco chips (optional)
Steps to prepare
1. Take a cup which has microwave friendly written in the bottom of the cup.
2. Add all dry ingredients to the cup - maida, baking powder, cocoa powder and sugar. Mix well.
3. Add all wet ingredients to it - milk, oil and vanilla essence. Mix and ensure there are no lumps found.
4. Add choco chips or chocolate shavings if needed.
5. Microwave it for only 2 minutes and mug cake is ready to eat.
Tips
1. Use refined oil so that oil smell is avoided in the cake.
2. Mug cakes are not meant to be stored, so it is better to eat it fresh.
