Ingredients

Puffed rice, roasted in oil with groundnuts
Green chutney
Sweet chutney
Tomatoes, cut
Onions, cut
Potatoes, boiled and cut
Mixture or papdi
Thin sev

Steps to prepare

1. In a mixing bowl, add onions, tomatoes and potatoes.
2. To it, add chutneys and salt, mix well.
3. Add mixture or broken papdi, add puffed rice and mix gently.
4. Transfer to plate and sprinkle some sev on it. Bhel is ready to serve.

Tips

1. You can add red chilli powder or red chutney also.
2. You can add any dry snacks.
3. Raw mangoes, cucumbers or pineapple also can be cut and added.
