Green chutney for chats, samosa, sandwich
This green chutney is an one for all chutney which can be a spread for sandwich, by adding a little water can be added to chats, can be served alongside samosa, if on diet can be eaten with dosa or idli also to avoid coconut. It gives the required thickness needed for a spread and can be made as watery as possible based on what you use it for.
A simple recipe with few ingredients and here it goes.

Ingredients
Coriander leaves - a big bunch
Mint leaves - 4 to 5 stems (optional)
Green chillies - 4 to 5
Groundnuts - ¼ cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - a pinch
Steps to prepare
1. Wash coriander leaves and mint leaves thoroughly.
2. Add all the ingredients in a mixer jar and grind it well by adding little water.
3. Green chutney is ready and it's consistency can be set according to the dish it u is used for.
Tips
1. This chutney can be stored in fridge for a month if kept in an airtight container.
2. Add all stems of coriander leaves for grinding from which leaves are already used.
3. Chillies can be adjusted according to your taste.
